Step 1’s 32nd Anniversary Dinner is here!
Host Diaz Dixon leads an incredible night honoring the dedicated members of the Step 1 community, including our own Dani Doehring, who will be retiring at the end of 2024 after 20 years of faithful service.
Our special guest for this evening is Bryan Drakulich, owner of Better Homes and Gardens Drakulich Realty. With over 40 years of real estate experience as a broker, owner, and corporate executive, Bryan has cemented himself as a major influence in the Northern Nevada community.
Our emcee, Diaz Dixon, is the President and owner of Performance Driven Consulting. His focus is on evaluating and implementing strategies that increase sustainability, diversity, and impact. Dixon recently served as the Vice President of the CommonSpirit Health National Foundation and has served as the CEO of both Eddy House and STEP2.
